About Us
Spinal Health and Wellness is a health care clinic in South Jakarta, Indonesia, which focuses on the nervous system, spine, joints and muscles. We are deeply passionate about helping to optimize the health of patients without the use of drugs or surgery. We opened the doors of our practice in October 2016 and see patients of all ages, from children to the elderly.

Where to Park
We are located on the second floor of the Golf Gallery at Pondok Indah Golf driving range.
If you park at the Golf Gallery
You drivers can drop you at the door and wait for you in the parking lot. The office is on the 1st floor via escalator or lift. At the top of the escalator, turn right. We are the second office on the right side. You can use the lift located directly on the right of the entrance. When you exit the lift walk straight past the escalator. We are the second office on the right side as you walk towards the gymnasium.
If you park at Pondok Indah Mall
From Pondok Indah Mall, find the exit next to Union Restaurant, turn left and walk past Union. The Pondok Indah Water Park entrance is on your left. When you reach the Holywings restaurant, continue to walk past with the restaurant on your left and the car park on your right. Walk for about 50m, and the entrance to the gallery is located after you walk past the Sportindo.
